Every order is prepared with care, and we want your experience—from selecting your artwork to receiving it—to feel personal and seamless.

Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow time for your artwork to be carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are typically prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Fine Art Prints

Because each fine art print is made to order — paper, canvas, and framed prints alike — please allow up to 3 weeks for production, inspection, and shipment.

Hand-Embellished Prints

Hand-embellished Giclée prints are individually finished by hand and require additional preparation. Please allow up to a month before shipment.

These are processing times and do not include carrier transit time. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

During holidays, exhibitions, or other especially busy periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted.

U.S. Shipping

Original paintings ship free within the United States — carefully packaged and sent fully insured and tracked. For prints, shipping is based on the size and type of artwork and is shown at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to unusually large, heavy, or specially framed artwork. If this applies to your purchase, you will be contacted before shipment.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship artwork internationally. Because international shipping costs vary significantly depending on the destination, artwork dimensions, packaging requirements, and insurance value, international shipping is provided by custom quote.

International customers may submit their shipping information through the website to request a quote. You will receive the shipping cost and payment instructions before the order is finalized. International shipments are sent with tracking and insurance whenever available.

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Artwork

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind work of art. For this reason, all original artwork sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are happy to provide additional photographs, close-up details, dimensions, or other information before purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before selecting an original.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced specifically for each order. This includes paper and canvas Giclée prints, framed prints, and hand-embellished Giclée prints. Because these pieces are made to order, all print sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every artwork is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the artwork, the interior and exterior packaging, and any visible damage to the shipping box.

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being resolved, as it may be required for an insurance or carrier claim.

Sofia will work with you personally to determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or replacement when possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
