Studio Sharbat – Shipping & Returns Policy

Studio Sharbat operates https://www.studiosharbat.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to protect both you and the studio and to set clear expectations regarding shipping, exchanges, returns, and custom orders.

1. Orders & Stock

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • In rare cases of backorders, you will be contacted to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping included.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated individually. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email studiosharbat@gmail.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders typically ship within 2 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Transit Time:

    • U.S.: 2–7 business days

    • International: 4–22 business days depending on courier and destination

  • Tracking: A tracking link is provided once your order has shipped.

3. Original Paintings & Prints

Original Paintings

  • Each original painting is one-of-a-kind and signed by the artist.

  • If an original painting is not the right fit for your space, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and original packaging.

  • Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once the artwork is received and inspected, Studio Sharbat will issue store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

Please note:

  • Exchanges are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided for approved exchanges.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credit may be applied toward another available artwork.

Limited Edition Prints (Canvas & Paper)

  • All limited edition prints are made to order and are final sale.

  • Prints are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Giclée Canvas Prints: Stretched, gallery-wrapped, and shipped flat.

  • Giclée Paper Prints: Shipped rolled in a protective tube.

4. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.

  • If the package appears damaged, reject it if possible or contact us immediately.

  • If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours and include photographs of the artwork and packaging.

  • Shipments are insured. Refunds or replacements will be processed following courier investigation and approval.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.

  • Once production has started (including preparation of prints or completion of artwork), orders cannot be canceled.

  • Prints are always final sale once processing begins.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started.

  • Please confirm all details carefully before placing a custom order.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of approved cancellations before production or verified damage claims.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
